I’ve reached out to Flatout about this, but wanted to see if I could get some input from customers. I am looking at the various companies that offer H/C packages. However, I live in NC, where the smog inspections each year are fairly stringent. I believe that some (in similar smog states) have had issues with getting their car inspected with just the Arrow controller. Has the H/C programming changed, producing different results? In other words, has anyone with the VE H/C package, living in a smog state had any issues with getting their car inspected?
