We just found out that Coffee & Cars is doing a Toy Drive and asks that everyone bring new unwrapped toys.

Schedule:

8 to 10 a.m.
Coffee & Cars
South side of Memorial City Mall (I-10 and Gessner)

10 to 11 a.m. drive
San Jacinto Monument

La Porte, TX 77571

1 p.m. lunch
Monument Inn

Yes we’re aware the weather forecast is not good but come on out in your DD if you don’t want to drive your snake in the rain – assuming it happens! Weather forecasters seldom get tomorrow correct so what makes us think they can call the weekend right??

Remember the Lady Lex photo op visit a few months ago? It’s our turn and we’re heading to the San Jacinto Monument.

Schedule:
– Meet us at the monthly Coffee & Cars on the south side of Memorial City Mall. Be sure to get there around 7 a.m. for a parking spot.
– We’ll depart about 10 a.m. and drive to the Monument. We have special permission from the State Parks Department for our photo shoot so bring out those big kid cameras and take a ton of pictures!
– We have lunch reservations at the Monument Inn at 1 p.m.
