      Embarrassing but my VIN to my ACR is already being used and it will not let me renew. Is there a procedure to find out who is using my VIN and allow me to renew?

      Yes, call VOA HQ. I can also help. Email me your VIN and I’ll look it up. All memberships have a VIN check, however if someone says they still own that car, then it makes it hard for you to register. We can find the owner and update their record (and yours).

      Happened to me last year and I only have a 2 # vin. It was the CC owner. lol
