Costings.
We have booked One hotel on Block (42 rooms)
Early interest has been great and people have signed up and we may have to add an additional hotel.
Price per per person is 420 Euros (club members) in a double room (840 euros per couple) and 550 euros for a Single room.
Price includes Wine / Water, Soft drinks / Coffee with meals. Entrances to Chateaus etc….
Every evening you will have a choice of two main dishes,
Vegetarians etc, please tell us your dietary requirements.
(these choices will be sent to you in the Spring), so you decide before the stay.
A 150 euro deposit is required by early/ mid September 2019
The balance will be due before 1st March 2020
Terms of cancellation
If cancelled before 1st April 2020 =100%Refund of monies paid.
If cancellation between 1st April to 7th May the refund will be 50%
Sorry but no refunds after 7th May 2020
