I believe it’s gonna be 6/2-6/6 . Typically the weekend after memorial day. However I haven’t talked with the region yet to confirm that. So keep a look out and I’ll try to remember to let you know when I find out for sure.

Below are some of the event ideas that you and the officers have come up with for you to vote on. This is not a set list or plan for the year. It’s just to give us an idea of what will bring the most attendance as we start planning this year’s event schedule. Some ideas will be cut, some altered and some might be combined. Below is a rough explanation of each event idea and estimated cost. Please vote on all the events you might consider participating in. Please only vote 1 time per household per event and only vote on one platform (Facebook or forum) for accurate numbers.

**Ideas for events not already scheduled***
Drag strip/autocross private rental and dinner:
1 day. Rockingham, fayetteville or other location. Approx. cost $50-150

Road course track event and dinner (track on Monday):
1-2 days. VIR, The Rock or CMP Approx. cost $200-$400

VIR/Charlotte race weekend tailgate:
2 days. Tailgate and watch a pro race. Maybe country drive and go karts. $50-$150

Mopar week at myrtle beach:
3 days. Carshow, Cruise in, poker run and dinners
Approx. cost $75-$125

Myrtle Beach weekend w/o Mopar week:
2-3 days. Cruise, dinners, go-karts, other

Dyno day and dinner:
1 day. TBD location Approx. cost $20-$75

Little Switzerland
2-3 days. Mountain cruises and meals. Approx. cost $50-$125

Viper only Rally:
3-4 days. example day one in Charleston, day 2 Jacksonville/Wilmington, day 3 Charlotte, day 4 Asheville with a dinner and/or activity each evening. Approx. cost $100-$200

Join an existing rally:
4-5 days. example- tour delux charity rally. mountain or coastal. Cover 3-4 states. Different stop each day, dinners, track rentals, tours. Approx. cost $2500 includes hotels and some meals.

Area luncheons and cars and coffee:
1 day. Small local lunch meet up after cara and coffee in prominent cities in our region. Approx. cost $0-$20

Carowinds/Busch Gardens and back roads drive:
2-3 days. Theme park, Dinner and cruise. Approx. cost $100-150

Viper tribute day at Morrisville C&C and progressive dinner:
1-2 days. Viper display at one of the largest C&C. After C&C cruise to multiple stops (house or business) for a progressive dinner. Stop 1 appetizer, stop 2 main course, stop 3 desert. Approx. cost $0-$75

Asheville mountain drive, dinner and brewery tour at Sierra Nevada:
2-3 days. Approx. cost $50-$100

Fayetteville treetop/waterfall zip line and canopy tour, dinner and dragstrip rental:
2 days approx. cost $100-$200

3-4 days. Cruises and dinners. Approx. cost $75-$150

Maintenance day and lunch:
1 day. Assist each other with maintenance. Free
