I have finalized and tested the pre-production version of the DSE Intake Heat Shield, more information here:

I’ve tested and designed this on a Gen IV, but need to test fit to a Gen V as well. I’d like to send it to someone who is interested in helping bring this product to production as soon as possible.
You:
– Mechanically capable. If this doesn’t fit for some reason on the Gen V I need to understand how to modify the design. Photos, measurements, etc.
– Comfortable with modifying (cutting / bending) the shield as necessary to fit to confirm what will make it fit (expected to be minimal)
– Realizes and is OK with the fact this is still pre-production and is still is a bit rough around the edges. (more refinements planned for production)
– Ideally has a friend in the area with a Gen IV and Arrow carbon closeout panel installed who can test fit to confirm compatibility.
Optional: (Southern people) – Willing to do some IAT comparison runs recording ambient and IAT with/without the shield at various speeds to confirm function.
