You will get a zillion opinions , but the price varies a lot as many of the older Gens are still running on original tires. What is asked for and what is received are two different figures, but the knowledgeable Viper Buyer will likely value the new tires, but then he/she will also ask about your window regulators ( replaced or not, making noise, etc. ) along with if your oil cooler lines have been replaced? You have a huge chance they are seeping and they can not be repaired , they must be replaced. So if things like this have been done, you can work that into your value — guarantee few Dealers and most sellers will not have addressed these issues and they are things that many know will need to be done.

I don’t think you are out of line on your asking price. I sold my 2004 red vert, 22,000 miles and new Pzero’s, 2 months ago for very close to that amount . I probably could have gotten more but the TA2 I now own came available and I needed to move quickly. You have it price right IMO.

I have my 2003 up for sale at $41k and it’s listed in the VOA classifieds and on Auto Trader. It is black and is in great condition with about 13,000 miles. New Pirelli tires (Thanks to VOA and Pirelli deal), Venture Shield film on the critical areas of the car. It’s well maintained and never tracked/raced. Just wondering what you think would be a fair price. I’ve had one offer already at $35k that seems low but I keep hearing about what KBB says it’s worth from this prospective buyer. It seems there is a wide disparity between KBB’s valuation of Vipers (private party) and actual listing prices. It sure seems that they are not an accurate source of pricing information for Vipers. Had another offer from an individual in North Dakota offering full asking price but tried to get me to accept payment through pay pal. That turned out to be a scam artist. I know there are a lot of experienced individuals on this site and more than one viewpoint on value but I’m interested in hearing your opinion. Thanks in advance for your help!
