      Yep, my guess is cruise control as well.

      FYI, Collector’s Choice Ltd. is Snake Oyl, guess you can ask them.

      Thanks guys,have had this Viper for about 4 months and sure could have used the cruise a few times,never have seen any extra buttons around the steering column,I’ll call them tomorrow and see what’s up with it….It sure doesn’t look like the one on their website for my 01. See link..(Edit).. Did some searching on another site and found a post from 2001 about the cruise control.it looks like they are selling a better system now.if anyone out there is using this old model let me know.I have a few questions,it still might be worth figuring out….thanks

      Can someone tell me what this thing is?…It doesn’t look like it is factory mounted….Kinda Mickey Mouse looking…Has a cable out one side going to the small chain at the throttle…A few wires going up to the front end on the other side which I couldn’t trace…The sticker on it says Collectors Choice LTD..
