Just got off a director conference call. The registration problem that caused numerous member number 100’s will be resolved in a completely fair manner. Details to come, but if you need to address any posting “crazy’s”, PM them (please don’t post it publically) and explain it will all be made good in a short time. When the “mechanical” details are all confirmed, I’ll post it up in here.

Just confirmed that we can do this.

We have the time stamps of every registrant. So essentially, we are going to manually start from #100 and reassign all the member numbers (other than those that were specifically purchased) according to the actually time they were received. Putting aside the effort that will be expended, we all felt strongly that this is the ONLY way to properly and “righteously” reassign the numbers for all the members, especially those 40ish that got caught up in the registration glitch.

Hope you all agree.

IMO, this should prove to be a positive event when completed. We will publicly admit our failing, take responsibility and make the necessary correction(s) to set it all right. With any luck, our transparency will show exactly how committed we are to be different from our collective past.

Seriously – the mark of a great team and great people is how they handle adversity. And while this is a major pain in the ass (on both the 100 and the CC fronts) we have the ability to show our mettle to the entire world.

We’re being open, honest and transparent. We’re trying very hard to “do the right thing” not just the easiest thing.

It’s a real pleasure working with ALL of you who are so good at what you do, professional and able to handle this kind of stuff. It really goesto character moreso that someone just sailing along fine on the clear days. You are all awesome and my respect for all of you grows daily.

I know of a small Island off the coast (Atlantic) of Honduras. Unless you have an international phone, speak Spanish and have a sat dish, or want to pay for a week of access, no one will bother you. Food is majority grown on island.
