Does anyone know someone in Georgia (or the SE) who can do a software update for the BCM on my 2004 roadster to allow my driver’s window to index properly again?  I have already done the method in the Service Manual multiple times where you hold the window switch for 5 seconds in both up and down positions.  It will now index when the door is opened but does not index when the door is shut.  From what I have read, the next logical step would be to do a software update.  The Dodge dealerships I have asked all said they do not have what they need anymore.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The window relearn procedure is quite simple. You put the window up and hold the switch for 3 seconds then press the window down and hold the button for 3 seconds. repeat this 3 times and that should do it.

However when this begins to happen. its typically a failed window regulator. I attached a how to and where to send the regulator for a rebuild.
