Hooray, It’s finally time to register for T.O.D. Hosted by the Alabama/Tennesee and the Carolinas Viper clubs. We are excited to see everyone this year and hopefully see some new faces as well. We will be staying at the same hotel, Greystone Lodge. There will be a special room rate for the event. Just let them know your with the Viper Club. Trailer Parking is available at 309 Reagan Drive Gatlinburg, TN Next to Gatlinburg Fire Dept Contact Kim Weakley for assistance 540.273.1032 . Your registration will cover Fridays formal dinner, giveaways and event shirt. Registration will be $135 for Viper Owners Association members (all regions) and Carolinas Viper Club members. $155 for non-club affiliate attendees. This includes dinner Friday evening, event shirt and special gift. If you have any questions regarding registration reach out to Matthew Braunstein 910-337-4992. Please see the agenda below. (subject to change) The dragon will be closed for repaving this year. however, it’s going to allow us to change things up for once and do other great and well-known drives in the area, that also should be less crowed. Interest in the event is higher than ever so you can expect 60+ vipers in attendance.

Departure for Tellico Plains – Exxon

 

11:00 – 11:30am – Depart for Cherohala Skyway, Cherokee NC, SMNP

 

4:30pm – Return to Greystone Lodge/Gatlinburg area.

 

5:30pm – Board Trolley’s for Park Vista Hotel -Trolleys are across Greystone Lodge’s parking lot at the Ripley’s Aquarium

 

6:00pm – Reception with Welcome and Introductions / Cocktails

 

6:30pm – Dinner/Raffle Fun (dinner included with registration)

 

7:30pm – First Shuttle departs for Greystone Lodge

 

June 1, 2024

8:00am – 3:00pm – Police Escort – An great drive being planned by Kim and Matt Chamber. Details to be announced soon.

 

5:00pm – Police Escort – Parade Downtown Gatlinburg – Parking available in the lot in back of Calhoun’s/Smokey Mnt Brewery for Dinner on your own downtown (not included in registration fee.

Registered and booked room. Got a confirmation email from the Greystone Lodge at the group rate on 4-16-24. Got another confirmation email from Greystone Lodge 5-7-24 with an increase in price to “regular” room rates. I booked a king executive deluxe room. I called to inquire why the change in rate, was told that the king executive deluxe room isn’t part of the group rate. Anyone else had this issue?
